While therapy cannot be replaced, we at BCT know through research and experience that when people focus on being well they eventually achieve it. What we also know is that our understanding of being well may be limited to what we witnessed growing up, what we experienced as well as what caregivers told us was wellness. Meaning there are many protective factors that have helped with wellness.  The flip side is that our understanding of being well may also be very toxic, unhealthy and causing us to forfeit a life filled with purpose and joy.  Ultimately never fully walking in the purpose and calling that God has for us is living beneath our purpose.  Our membership benefits provide innovative on-going and relevant tools, knowledge and resources to help you be intentional about your wellbeing as a therapist and intentional about supporting your clients or therapeutic partners.
